Eu, Lucas Ludolf vinha treinando muito forte para o evento do ano de 2009, contudo esta seria minha segunda competição no ano. Uma boa desvantagem em relação a outros pilotos que vinham competindo ao longo de toda a temporada.

Três semanas antes do Brasileiro tive problemas de saúde. Um cisticerco no cerebro, que é um ovinho de solitária calcificado, encontra-se alojado em meu cerebro e algumas vezes tenho problemas com esta coisa. Tal fato quebrou minha sequência de treinamento, mesmo assim acabei indo uma semana antes da etapa única do campeonato Brasiliero de 2009, em Balneário, sem a liberação médica.

I, Lucas Ludolf had been training very strong to the event of the year 2009, however this would be my second competition that year. Good disadvantage compared to other riders who have been competing throughout the season.

Three weeks before the national I had health problems. A cysticercus in the brain, which is a tiny egg of solitary calcified, it's lodged in my brain and sometimes I have problems with this thing. This really broke my sequence of training, yet ended up going a week before the single step race of the Brazilian national, without the medical autorization.

Esta semana de antecedência foi crucial para meu desempenho no evento. Treinei com meus parceiros de equipe no sol e na lama.

This week in advance was crucial to my performance at the event. I trained with my teammates in dry and wet conditions.

O piloto acima é meu irmão João. Acredito que o cara estava em condições físicas melhores que a minha entretanto foi pego por uma forte gripe, arrastou-se por toda a semana e chegou no dia do evento fraco e não conseguiu fazer um bom tempo.

The rider above ismy brother João. I believe that he was in better physical condition than me, however he was caught by a severe cold, dragged on throughout the week and arrived at the race day weak and could not do a good time.

I, however, in spite of being impaired by the interruption of my training, I was able to make a decent lap.
Larguei muito bem e confiante, já tinha os pontos de frenagem para as curvas na cabeça e até os pontos onde pedalar.

I started really well and confident, had the points of braking for curves in the head and the points where pedalling.

Mais ou menos no meio da pista, perdi um pouco de gás e toquei até a chegada dando meu máximo.

More or less in the middle of the track, I lost a bit of the gas and played until the finish line giving my best.

Terminei a prova em 12º lugar e com um ótimo tempo. Para mim uma surpresa, diante de tudo que passei, semanas antes da prova.

I finished the race in 12th place and witha great time. For me a surprise, given all that I passed, weeks before the race.

Léo Matiolli, foi outro mineiro que também marcou presença por lá.

No four cross ele avançou algumas baterias, mas não pode proseguir até as finais. Desgastado pela prova de sábado acabou ficando mal no domingo de downhill.

Guilherme Bizarria não teve exito em sua queda e logo após o evento descobriu que Balneário irá cediar por três anos o mundial de masters.

2010 será o primeiro ano de competições para os masters. Do dia 3 ao 7 de setembro vamos conferir muitos pilotos que já foram da elite do downhill mostrando suas técnicas de pilotagem acumuladas em anos de experiência.

Guilherme Bizarria did not have success in his lap and soon after the event found out that Balneário will held for three years the world's masters.2010 will be the first year of competitions for the masters. Day 3 to 7 of September we will check many riders who had been racing at elite of downhill showing their technical skills accumulated over years of experience.

Guilherme será o único piloto da Morro Abaixo que poderá participar do evento, uma vez que a idade mínima para participação é 30 anos.

O cara vem treinando muito forte e animado para a prova tanto na musculação como na bike e planeja comprar uma motoca para auxiliar nos treinamentos.

Vamos aguardar até setembro para conferir o desempenho dele.

Guilherme is the only rider from Morro Abaixo that will be able to race, since the minimum age for participation is 30 years.

The guy has been training very strong and excited for the race, he's working out at the gym and praticing with his bike and planing to buy a motorbike to impruve his training.
